We’ve invested in a completely upgraded platform designed to improve security, enhance your experience, and create the foundation for a number of new customer-focused tools and services that we’ll be introducing in the near future.

Online Warranty Registration Has Arrived
One of the biggest additions is our new Online Warranty Registration system.
In the past, customers received a warranty registration card with their trailer and were asked to complete and mail it back. Like many paper-based processes, response rates were less than ideal.
Now, registering your trailer takes just a few minutes online.
By registering your trailer, you’ll help us:
- Maintain accurate records for your unit.
- Better support future warranty requests.
- Keep you informed of product improvements and updates.
- Provide faster service when you need assistance.
Future COHSI trailers will even include a convenient QR code inside the utility room that takes you directly to the registration page.
More Than a Registration Form
What you’re seeing today is only the first phase.
We’ve intentionally built additional capabilities into the platform that will allow us to introduce new features designed to better support our customers throughout the life of their trailer. While we’re not ready to unveil everything just yet, we’re excited about what’s coming.
Our goal has always been to build more than industry-leading restroom and specialty trailers—we want to build the best customer experience in the industry as well.
