There’s something special about trade show season.
One thing never changes: we genuinely love seeing our customers face-to-face. In a world filled with emails, phone calls, and online orders, trade shows give us the chance to step out from behind the screen and connect in a real, human way.
For us, trade shows aren’t just about showcasing equipment or introducing products like the COHSI Mini. They’re about conversations. They’re about handshakes, laughs, and catching up with the people who make this industry what it is. Many of our customers have grown alongside us over the years, and seeing that progress firsthand is incredibly rewarding.
There’s nothing better than hearing your story in person — how your rental fleet has expanded, how a recent event went flawlessly, or how a unit performed beyond expectations. Those conversations matter. They remind us why we do what we do. Every piece of equipment we design, build, or supply ultimately serves a business owner, an event organizer, a community. Trade shows allow us to hear directly how those solutions are working in the real world.
We also value the opportunity to listen. Some of our best improvements and ideas have come from casual booth conversations. A suggestion about tank capacity. Feedback on layout efficiency. Insight into what your customers are asking for. When you stop by and share your experience, you’re helping us innovate and refine what we offer.
And let’s be honest — it’s just fun.
The energy on a trade show floor is contagious. Seeing familiar faces walk down the aisle toward our booth feels like welcoming friends. Sometimes it’s a quick hello. Sometimes it turns into a long conversation about industry trends, business growth, and where the market is headed next. Those moments build relationships that go far beyond a transaction.
Trade shows also give us the chance to introduce new customers to our community. We love making connections between rental partners, suppliers, and operators. This industry thrives on collaboration, and being able to bring people together in one space is something we never take for granted.
There’s also a sense of pride in seeing our products on display and watching people interact with them in person. Photos and spec sheets are helpful, but nothing compares to opening a door, stepping inside, and experiencing the craftsmanship up close. Seeing the reaction — the nod of approval, the thoughtful questions, the excitement about potential rental opportunities — is always rewarding.
Most of all, trade shows remind us that we’re part of something bigger. We’re part of a hardworking, innovative, resilient industry built on service and reliability. When we gather together, we celebrate not just products, but progress.
So if you’ve stopped by our booth in the past — thank you. And if you’re planning to attend the upcoming ARA show, we can’t wait to see you. Come say hello, share what’s new in your world, and let’s continue building something great together.
Because at the end of the day, the best part of any trade show isn’t what’s on display — it’s the people we get to share it with.
All our best,
Aaron Ward
